Dr. Chuxian Zhao has nearly two decades of clinical experience in hematology and has previously served for many years in the Department of Hematology at Shanghai General Hospital, where she developed solid clinical expertise and extensive experience in managing high-complexity cases. She specializes in the standardized and individualized treatment of a wide spectrum of hematologic diseases, including acute and chronic leukemia, aplastic anemia, and myelofibrosis. Dr. Zhao has established a mature and precise clinical framework for the full-process management of HSCT. Her academic visit to Massachusetts General Hospital further broadened her international perspective and reinforced her capabilities in multidisciplinary collaboration, as well as in the advanced management of transplantation and transplant-related infections.
