Dr. Daolin Wei has nearly two decades of clinical and research experience in hematology. He graduated from Fudan University Shanghai Medical College and worked in the Department of Hematology at Shanghai General Hospital for fourteen years, where he developed a solid foundation in the comprehensive management of complex hematologic diseases and malignancies. He later completed a three-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, gaining systematic training in advanced hematologic oncology and scientific research methodologies, and strengthening his international academic background and cross-disciplinary clinical integration capabilities.
Dr. Wei specializes in the precision diagnosis and individualized treatment of refractory lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukemia, and other hematologic malignancies. He has deep expertise in CAR-T cell therapy as well as autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), providing full-process medical care from evaluation and treatment through long-term follow-up. He has been involved in multiple important clinical research initiatives and has demonstrated outstanding ability in managing complex cases, innovating treatment pathways, and advancing clinical translational research. His work has earned recognition from both peers and patients.
