Dr. Wei Zhao has extensive clinical and research experience in the field of breast medical oncology. She has long been dedicated to the precision diagnosis and individualized management of breast cancer and related thoracic malignancies. Her expertise spans molecular subtyping of breast cancer, multidisciplinary evaluation integrating imaging and pathology, and the development of tailored systemic treatment strategies. She is highly experienced in the personalized application of chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
As a member of the Breast Cancer Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) and a member of the Youth Committee of the Beijing Society for the Prevention and Treatment of Breast Diseases, Dr. Zhao actively contributes to the advancement of standardized breast cancer care in China. Her research focuses on therapeutic resistance mechanisms, predictive biomarkers, and treatment sensitivity in breast cancer. She has published nearly 20 SCI-indexed articles, providing important evidence to support ongoing clinical and scientific progress in the field of breast oncology.
